5. Refund and Cancellation

  • Cancellation: Projects can be canceled before work begins. Once the work has started, cancellations may incur charges based on the work completed.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy. No refunds will be issued for completed services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, designs, and materials created by Upgro Technologies remain the company’s intellectual property until the final payment is received.
  • Once the project is fully paid for, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Upgro Technologies is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee specific results, such as an exact number of visitors, leads, or sales.

8. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional information.
  • Not misuse or abuse our services in any way.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project private. This includes business strategies, personal data, and sensitive project details.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The user fails to meet payment deadlines.
  • The user violates these terms or engages in unlawful activities.

The client may also terminate services by providing written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may integrate third-party tools or services during the development process. While we strive to use reliable tools, we are not responsible for any issues arising from their usage.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
