  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are applicable only under specific circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refund

a. Web Development Services

  • Before Project Commencement: Full refund is provided if the project is canceled before work begins.
  • During the Project: Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. An administrative fee may apply.
  • After Project Completion: No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and approved by the client.

b. Digital Marketing Services

  • Refunds are not applicable for services already delivered (e.g., ad campaigns, SEO work).
  • For pre-paid campaigns, unused funds may be refunded upon cancellation, excluding service fees.

c. Subscription Services

  • For monthly or annual subscriptions, refunds will not be issued once the service period begins.

d. Graphic Design and Video Editing Services

  • Refunds are available only if the work has not been initiated.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if the work does not meet agreed specifications, subject to review.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information, assets, or approvals.
  • Change in project scope after work has commenced.
  • Dissatisfaction due to unclear requirements provided at the start of the project.
  • Requests for additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon terms.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email refunds@upgro.in with your project details, payment receipt, and the reason for the refund.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and contact you within 7 business days to discuss the matter.
  3. Decision: If approved, the refund will be processed as per the terms outlined here.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account, etc.).
  • REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS.

6. Amendments to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon being posted on our website.
